Create watchers to track mouse, keyboard, and speaker events

At the moment, we've implemented a tracker that only tracks Active window titles and the application name. We can beyond this and add more types of data to the system.

One such detail would be adding a tracker for mouse and keyboard events. We don't want to track what the user has typed/clicked. We just want to track whether the user is active or not. (Depending on the keyboard/mouse events)

We can use the following:

• iohook for tracking keyboard and mouse
• node-audiorecorder for tracking the speaker (Feels like overkill though)
