move gist explaining how to run Erigon archive mode on Akash into suitable location

With some refinement it can be published to the blog. I copied it here https://github.com/OpenDataforWeb3/Resources/blob/main/ops/Deployment-of-Erigon.md for safekeeping while we figure out how to use this information.
