Needs landing page

A page with links and descriptions (and maybe thumbnails) for all of the maps would be nice. Working on this in wip-landing-page branch.

Threw together a workable, and mostly responsive, layout on this (gave me an excuse to learn flexbox). Still needs a header and some explanatory text, and I'd like to get uniform sizing on the list items. Some lightweight "how to build your own map" instructions might fit well here too.
