Location/Extract Trackers should handle file paths with file names #178
Description
While playing with Lambda and Process Tracker, noticed that Extract/Location trackers aren't handling file names appropriately when registering locations and extracts.
Extracts keep whatever path up to the actual file. Need to ensure that when that happens the path is part of the location and the filename for the extract is ONLY the filename.
