There isn't a significant way to run the project for development currently.

Suggested Improvement

There should be a detailed way to run the project with the proper documentation. Need to implement

• Docker compose based development way
• Documentation on how to run the project

There is already READMEs for each service (PDP, CE, OE) and the opendif-core root level; whoever picks up this task should run through those .md files, make sure any new developer can easily setup opendif-core locally
