Real-world country content for ICD-11 transition

So the purpose of this dataset is to represent a real-world, country-level dictionary which would require mapping to ICD-11. The possible choices include Uganda and Malawi provided as part of the concept prevalence study, Malawi does not have any mappings. Uganda does. Probably would use the Uganda OpenMRS instance data (frequency driven) dataset.
