Game Launch Failed on free tier

What happened?

okay, so I realize when starting a session on free tier, there is no queue. it just skipped into setup process that if I check on geforce now there should be 20/30 people inline and in the setup process I got this error that I'm sure it's a timeout

okay, after I've tested out the latest action build, I think the main issue is when launching the session. it skip the queue process and jump right into setup that make the process stuck right there until timeout. same like before but with better explanation now

when I test it, it should be 40 people waiting in france 1 server, but on opennow it just skipped the process

Ah i found the issue its because the queue tales too long i will add an fix for that
