Task: turn the Map Parser into a fully fledged TSCN parser.
Goal: Export TSCN maps from godot and have the TSCN Parser convert it into a dictionary for use later based on node groups

We will need the navmesh data exported from the scene root (NavArea) as well, attempt to keep backwards compatability with the existing map component but feel free to add properties as needed.

Property Groups: team1 & team2

GlobalGroups: structures, minion_spawn, player_spawn, jungle_spawn (rename marker3d to name of entity to be spawned)
