Migration breaks the KAM compilation

Due to the migration of resources from http://resource.belframework.org to http://resources.openbel.org the KAM compilation is broken.

During the compilation the resources file [1] and further Phase III resources [2] are loaded. All these resources still link to the old server, which is not reachable anymore. Because of that the KAM compilation software throws "resource not found exceptions".

Proposed solution: Replace the mention of "http://resource.belframework.org" with "http://resources.openbel.org" in all resource files.

Okay - I've updated the URI in the indicated files (references 1 and 2). Please let me know if this is fixed or close it if it's okay.
