Find all assets #3
Description
Would be nice to be able to scan for all assets. AFAICS in the reference implementation and the API there is no such call. I also thought about this in the context of scanning for all OP_RETURN's and having a list of protocols (there is perhaps 10 active projects or so, but overall use of opr is still low).
