Invisible entries in `jogger queue` output

A rare occurrence - a test event doesn't show up in `jogger queue` output (not sure if other jogger commands are affected).
A DUT is properly assigned to this event and only after the event finishes another test can be scheduled on the DUT.
Maybe the journal entry is not properly saved.
