So can you List the performance of GPU ? which should be much better than CPU on mobile phone.

In fact, the performance really depends on which device you are using. Generally speaking, only using CPU on mobile device is beneficial for very small network with very small workload. As soon as your network gets a bit deeper, you need a GPU. (convolution layers can become very slow with a simple CPU)
