mail_tracking and mail_composer_cc_bcc don't work well together

Tracking status of emails are not shown correctly for CC recipients.

Describe the bug

Sending emails with CC recipients breaks the tracking status in the chatter.

1. An additional tracking status is shown. This status shows the recipient addresses (not the partners) -> The partners have their own status too.
2. One of the CC recipients has a broken tracking record. The tracking record shows no information. The other CC Recipients have a correct record, showing the necessary information and status.

To Reproduce

Affected versions:
18.0

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login as admin
2. Go To Contacts and open any contact (any model with chatter is fine)
3. Remove all followers.
4. Click "Send message" and open the full composer
5. Remove any prefilled recipients if there are any
6. Add Addison Olson and Douglas Fletcher as CC recipients
7. Click "Send"
8. You can see 3 tracking symbols: 1 with no recipient, 1 correctly shown sent symbol for Addison Olson and the unknown symbol for Douglas Fletcher.
9. Click on the symbol for Douglas Fletcher
10. The tracking record shows no information at all
11. Close the tracking record
12. Click "Send message" and open the full composer
13. Remove any prefilled recipients if there are any
14. Add Addison Olson and Douglas Fletcher as CC recipients
15. Add Brandon Freeman as TO recipient
16. Click "Send"
17. This time there are 4 tracking symbols: 1 with the formatted email address of Brandon Freeman, the tracking symbol for Brandon Freeman as partner and the 2 Symbols for the CC recipients as before
18. Click on the tracking symbol for the formatted email of Brandon Freeman
19. You can see that only the field Recipient email is filled. If the mail has more than one TO recipient all TO recipients would be shown.

Expected behavior

• All CC recipients have the correct tracking status
• The additional tracking status with the formatted emails is not shown
