Still getting the odd stickiness.

Last release helped a lot. I am still getting stickiness the odd time, where its activated and stays activated in loop. However, I have 50 programs I use in the background. I will be disabiling one by one to see if it improves. I will start with better touch tool, as its by far the program that causes issues the most. Keep you posted
