Notify when client is disabled by site #310

Hey Nit any chance we can get a client error message or ping?
The client "hetz-baker-sx63" has been automatically disabled due to excessive 526 errors. This happens when the site can not talk to the client so the first thing to try is restarting the client. Then open the client config on the setup page and test the connection and re-enable the client.
