Some ULD files are parsed incorrectly and fail

Samples:

• ui/uld/macro.uld fails with System.IO.EndOfStreamException: 'Unable to read beyond the end of the stream.'.
• ui/uld/jobhudsam1.uld fails with System.OutOfMemoryException.

It atleast fixes the mentioned exceptions. SE changed the structs in ComponentData and NodeData a few times without changing the version in the PartHeader. So the file may be parsed incorrectly nonetheless.
