Add to Modrinth and make it for Fabric and more

I tried to downlaod it for my own personal use but it only works with paper and not Fabric or anything. Please make a Fabric version for 1.21.4

There is already a Fabric mod... this plugin is a derivative of it which is "Audio Player" by "henkelmax" (and both his mod and this plugin rely on "Voice Chat" mod)
