Downlaod Freezes Server

Minecraft Version: 1.21.8
Custom Disks Version: 5.1.1
Server Type: Paper

Issue: When downloading a track to a disk the server freezes and stops running until the server watchdog kicks in and then throws an error while players are disconnected.

This was triggered when a player went to download a song from https://archive.org (I havent pasted the song name here because its a little rude and dont want to be flagged for it).
The song itself if 2.58MB in size and 3:08 long so it isnt a huge file.
It appears that the archive.org servers are slow and rate-limited andd sometimes hang for 30 to 120 seconds before the download starts, hence the problem.
It appears when the code is called to run, it has some blocking calls so it has to wait and the website is being slow then it causes the freeze.
