Accessibility docs

We need to expand the docs in the Accessibility section.

This will of course be an ongoing project/task but would like a decent amount of updates for the Docs page.
If it needs to be split into multiple pages then do so and we can make Accessibility into a top level page.

A few things:

• Select course from LinkedIn/skillshare for everyone to take. Should definitely cover HTML best practices.
• At least one VS Code plugin for everyone to install.
• Update and maintain docs with the above and any other must know information, best practices, resources, etc.

Although an open ended deadline project since it will be ongoing, we should try to set a milestone or time for at least an initial merge of new content. I'm sure we'll all be learning more and more with the audits coming for the sites.
Should we call it ~3 weeks time for an initial PR/merge?
