Executed during generation, has access to the diagram element and can modify it. For example, change style.
Can be used to visually display status of system components. E.g.:

• Construction: component progress - Planned, In Progress, Done, Blocked, ...
• Runtime: add a red border to faulty components, orange to overloaded
