Parsing simulation run and log files #7
Description
Each incident includes all files and folders (input, output, simulations run, and log files). We extract these data and add them to incident metadata.
At the current time, we do not parse the log files and run files.
For example, parsing run.pbs file in Hercules should return information regarding the number of CPU nodes, and so on. Or the log file should indicate the wallclock time.
