Restructure tests to match main code #80
Description
Suggestion from Chris to: in a future PR would be to structure the tests directory to match the main code directory (or just be in the same base folder). There is a glue_code folder in the tests directory that I don't know if it makes sense to have there anymore, but not something to worry about for this PR.
