[FEAT] Paginator stuff

I'd like to have 2 things added / changed on Paginators

I was using paginators to make my ticket transcripts and I wasn't able to send the paginator to a different channel. Also I had to override(thanks to zev's help <3) _on_button to make them accessible for other users aswell

Describe the solution you'd like

Make it possible to send paginators to another channel, please add a parameter for it, i'd be very happy!

Also please add a option to make the paginators accessible for a specific role, or everyone, that would be very nice.

So, the point of the paginator is to be a starting point, not a be-all-end-all. The intended usecase outside of a quick and dirty paginator is for it to be subclassed - in which all of what you're asking for is available to make

That said, I can look into expanding some of the default options, but please bare in mind the previous paragraph
