Storing notification settings partially not working

*Describe the bug
Setting notification via discord and mail is not stored.

*To Reproduce
Open the Account, Notification page and check/activate all boxes for discord and mail.
Go to fleets page
Go back to Account, notifications page.
All, previously made setting will dissapear

Expected behavior
Setting should be stored

@xplana Sorry for taking a while to get back to you, I'm looking into this issue but I cannot replicate this issue at all.

If you have Chrome installed on a Laptop/PC would you be able to try and select one of the checkboxes, right click anywhere on the screen, press "Inspect" and then see if there are any errors showing in the Chrome Dev Tools
