Post-flight copilot "ratings"

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It's sometimes hard to know in advance whether you and your copilot will get on with each other, and what level of simulation they are at and like to fly to.

Describe the solution you'd like
After flying with someone, have the option to rate them based on certain aspects, such as their closeness to real-world procedures, R/T, aircraft handling, etc.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A self-rating system, as part of the profiles system (see Issue #38), where users set their own parameters.

Additional context
Would be unfair to show an average rating based on only one or two ratings, so perhaps a rating is only showed one they have a minimum number of ratings.

For new users, they should maybe then be able to self-rate, and this rating is overridden by an average of other user's ratings when they have enough?

If a user flies regularly with another, they may not want to rate them every single flight, so perhaps they can have the option to update their rating, or simply leave it as previous.

Rating anonymity

• Users should not be able to rate their co-pilots anonymously
• Ratings should not be shown:
  • to the user they are about until they have at least 3;
  • publicly until the user they are about until they have at least 5.

Other comments

• User can add a comment to their rating which only the co-pilot the rating is about can view.
• Users must rate any previously un-rated co-pilots on completed flights before accepting any further flight requests.
