an '@' feature! where someone can ping you in game

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
sometimes players (including myself) were too into the game, and we forgot about the chat, or sometimes we're on the voice chat, and did not pay attention to the chat window, players in game has no way to get our attention.

Describe the solution you'd like
You guys could implement an "@" feature, where player A can @ player B, and a title or a subtitle would show up on Player B's screen. it can be toggled on and off individually by the player
