How to download the special diamond database

Hi,

I want to use tRep to get the taxonomy of each eukaryotic bin.

However,I am not in the Sonnenburg lab,how to download this special diamond database (b6+ file)?

Hi @Liuyuxinn ,

The public repos I'm aware of (Zenodo, OSF, Figshare) have a limit of 50Gb for upload, meaning I can't host this database publicly. If you're aware of another way to share this giant file I'd be happy to upload.

Otherwise, it's probably easiest just to make the file yourself using these instructions: https://github.com/MrOlm/tRep/blob/master/TaxIDMapping_public.ipynb

That would have the added benefit of having the database be up-to-date. My database is now about 3 years old
