MicroPhase patches and release corresponding to PlutoSDR v0.39 firmware release

Updated software is as important, or even more important than hardware revisions, for MicroPhase customers, it would also be important to release the patches and a MicroPhase release corresponding to Analog Devices v0.39 release

@ohault : I am trying to build the firmware using Vivado 2025.1. I have had partial success and I am trying to move the FSBL to Vitis and it seems to go ok individually but in the Makefile I am encountering errors.

I am thinking and planning to move the SW in a phase wise manner starting with u-boot and then the kernel.
