Provide MicroFocus branded Swagger UI as Docker image

I'd like to consume the Micro Focus branded Swagger UI as a standalone docker image.

Eventually, I would like a Helm chart that would install & run the Swagger UI in Kubernetes. The helm chart would setup the pod, deployment, service and ingress rule. The url to serve and other configurations could be parameters of the Helm values.yaml file.
