Game crashes when joining or creating a multiplayer lobby #1

Whenever winhttp.dll is on the game files, the game will crash shortly after joining or creating any kind of multiplayer lobby. Custom songs added to the crate don't seem to affect this, in fact, even if having 0 custom songs loaded, it will crash the same way. I have personally tried all the custom songs on my folder and all of them work properly. Additionally, I know this issue doesn't happen to everyone, as my friend with the same exact custom songs folder is not crashing and able to create lobbies.

Is there anything I can do to debug this issue?
