License clarification #7

Description

Hi!

The readme says that the code is put in the public domain but

  • two of the three files (RtAudio.cpp and RtAudio.h) have copyright headers saying otherwise,
  • file lcc_rtaudio.cpp lacks a copyright header (but it's good practice to add some), and
  • public domain does not work well for all countries (which you recognize) which is why many people use CC-0 ("Creative Commons Zero") for the same goal, instead.

Probably all of these are easy to fix. What do you think?

Thanks and best, Sebastian
