[Bug] Blabsy issue

Description

• fix the aspect ratio of the images in balbsy to same as in pictique for uniformity

• the loading page here moves the sidebar to center... make the sidebar fixed to the left and make the loading page same as in other pages

• on hover on the profile picture shows this card but it gets hidden under the sidebar

• just make it "Logout"
