[Bug] [Mobile] eVoting: user isn't redirected back after signing vote in eID app

Description

On iOS safari/Android chrome, after a user signs a vote in the eID app, the system doesn't redirect the user back to eVoting automatically.

similar problem in the #715
need to explore this bug in other apps

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a vote in eVoting
2. Proceed to signing via the eID app
3. Complete the signing process

Expected behavior

After signing, the user should be automatically redirected back to eVoting and see a confirmation that the vote was submitted successfully
