Shurli fails to check wallet funds before initiating trades #39
Description
There is no condition to check if the wallet has enough funds to initiate trade.
There is also no error message output in the logs on shurli.
Subatomic CLI's error message is "not enough balance PIRATE 7.99960000 for 10.00000000", when trying to sell 10 Pirate when I only have 7.9996 in my wallet.
