Wiki Text on TOP integration is missing cofh repository

Without

    maven {
        name = "CoFH Maven"
        url = "http://maven.covers1624.net"
    }

gradle will complain about missing cofh:RedstoneFlux:1.12-2.0.0.+

A problem occurred configuring root project 'CompactMachines3'.
> Could not resolve all dependencies for configuration ':deobfCompile'.
   > Could not find any matches for cofh:RedstoneFlux:1.12-2.0.0.+ as no versions of cofh:RedstoneFlux are available.

The proper solution is probably to disable transitive dependencies like this.
