Login system #1
Description
We somehow need to have a login system (or something similar at least), because:
- Users shouldn't be able to upvote or downvote settings indefinitely
- Hash IP?
Can we do this with something more light-weight then a login System? Login IPs is probably illegal and also not sufficient enough.
