Play functionality #20
Description
It would be nice to have an additional tool for playing a bag file using the UI only.
Problem is that the rosbag2::Player is incredibly hard to use when using Humble, bc of their implementation it's not easily possible to stop a running player instance.
Have to move this feature to later, will continue development on this one after support for Humble has ended.
