Description
The systemd-journald service sometimes takes over 1min at boot.
I'm not really sure what causes it, but it doesn't happen if i power the computer down, disconnect the power then reconnect it and power it back up. (it happens when I for example run sudo reboot)
The only error messages I could find are (I think it was from sudo journalctl -b -p warning)

And (I don't remember the command I ran to get it)
File /var/log/journal/some Id/system.journal corrupted or uncleanly shut down, renaming and replacing.
Failed to read journal file /var/log/journal/same Id/user-1000.joirnal for rotation, trying to move it out of the way: Text file busy
Since it so far only happend if I reboot instead of powering of and then disconnecting power (I don't know if disconnecting power after showdown is necessary) Im not sure if this needs fixing at all.
