make the OEIS search engine available under a "good URI".

Currently the OEIS search engine is at http://ash.eecs.jacobs-university.de:9999/ this should be given a better URI. Also we have to make sure that the search instance is updated with the rest and kept running.

In any case, oeis search should not stay on ash. But this is #101
