I think we should have a mws.sty in this plugin as well. I made one, it is very simple:

Note for myself when I get around to this ticket:
Adding a sty file is the simple bit, copying the right bits from LaTeXML's Makefile.PL is the trickier part, so that the style file gets installed in the present TeX installation, but only if such installation exists.

Also, I would have to ask you for permission to embed your snippet in the Public Domain compatible license I am using by default for LaTeXML plugins.
