DNS issue on Subscriptions list

Windows version, running on Windows 10.
I can see all nodes, and subscribe to them every time, yet when visiting "My subscriptions", NO subscriptions are listed. The 1st time this happened I changed DNS servers and that worked, yet the issue is back, and switching DNS again, multiple times to multiple different DNS servers have yielded no results, I can't see my subscriptions to activate my VPN - please address this issue.

Thanks, I've posted it in the correct spot now.
Yes, still the same issue - haven't been able to use my VPN for a month now. I've changed DNSs many times, no change.
It would be nice to have some installation instructions like: where the best place is to keep the file to run from, to avoid any security issues, etc. Trying to figure out where it writes config files etc to was a total ball-ache.
