Adapter Starter Kit

A new repo that adapter devs can clone that will be a barebones typescript project that includes the latest interfaces and stubbed out methods and any other tools and build processes they could need. Realtively opinionated (but you don't _have_ to use it to create an adapter), but allows you to go straight to creating the adapter.

Could be a yeoman generator.
