Oxygen Bar doesn't appear when in water

By default for some reason, swimming does not reveal the oxygen bar, so I have to resort to swapping to a food item for it to show up and continually do so back and forth, which as you might understand isn't ideal

I looked in the mod menu config to be sure I wasn't missing it or something but there doesn't appear to be an option for it, currently using the 1.3 version on 1.18

Curious. I would have thought I had coded that in, but, looking at the code, I don't seem to have a method. Perhaps I forgot to do this with the Fabric version.
Thanks for letting me know. I'll look into fixing it. It should probably be a quick fix.
