[Bug] Ignore skips in most flaky graphs are not working

Through an email this bug was reported:

Today, I updated to version 1.6.1 (but nevertheless, in my mind, the error also occurred in version 1.3.0)
My problem is the "Ignore Skips" slider regarding the Recent Most Flaky tests.

Some screenshots showed that using the toggle did not change the view even when skips were present.
This is a bug in the handling of the data.
