[Improvement] X-Axis Consistency Between Graphs

Summary

Currently the following graphs are not being displayed in a consistent styling:

Correct Graph:

^ As you can see, the x-axis label is in the centre of the column

Incorrect Graph:

^ As you can see, the x-axis label is at the left side of the column

Ideally they should always be in the middle

Graphs to Fix:

• Test Most Flaky
• Test Recent Most Flaky
• Suite Most Time Consuming
• Test Statistics
• Test Most Failed
• Test Recent Most Failed
• Test Most Time Consuming
• Test Messages
• Keyword Most Time Consuming
• Keyword Most Used
• Keyword Most Failed

Expectation

The labels used on the X-Axis should be positioned in the centre of the column they represent - rather than being positioned at the start of the column which makes it harder to read.

I've added more information to the ticket, I think that was all of the graphs that had the very minor placement issue. Let me know if you have any thoughts!

@HuntTheSun Ah now I see where the problem lies. This is an issue with "timeline" graphs in general.
I will look into fixing this. Thanks a lot for providing the detailed information! 👍
