[Improvement] Reduce code duplication and reruns

I am very alright with leaving this towards the back of the backlog, just as a place to collect things to do in the future.

First potential refactors suggestion:

Overview

1. Make overview statistics reuse functions used in the projects section
   1. Refactor card container rows to flexbox with overflow
   2. Avoid card recreation for these, refactor to toggle visibility ("needs" refactor to flexbox)
      1. percentage selector changes
      2. "Display by Name/Tag" switches
      3. Version Selection (not yet implemented)

I think originally I used to recalc based on the the filteredruns but this brought some other issues. So resetting to global defaults seems fine as that is also what is happening now right?

Oh, yes you're right, I misinterpreted the code. Sorry, next time I will check with a console.log statement if its actually called more often, I will remove that comment. Embarrassing 😅

For the (yet to be released in v1.3.0) versioning feature)

Refactor

• remove run.project_version ?? "None"
  -I suggest I will refactor it after the release to simply have "None" where no project version in DB
• refactor selector list item + run card recreation to setup + toggle visibility on change where feasible
• rework set_filter_show_current_project, remove setTimeout (hacky) Feature versioning #121 (comment)
• maybe order version select items differently (lexicographically orders 1.10 next to 1.1)

Features/Fixes

• add --project-version support for API
• add version_ tag support Feature versioning #121 (comment)
• handle long/bad for UI version strings Feature versioning #121 (comment)
