There are libraries tiazma/robotframework-pdflibrary and kaerdsar/robotframework-pdflibrary but they seem very limited in capabilities.

I haven't tried... both. tiazma/robotframework-pdflibrary doesn't seem maintained. kaerdsar/robotframework-pdflibrary is service based but we can add it.
