Identify TA outliers for grading #7767
Description
Sometimes a TA will be very lenient or very harsh in their grading, inconsistent with the rest of the TAs. When there are a couple dozen TAs, it's hard to notice. It would be nice (maybe in the Grader Distribution section) to somehow identify these outliers.
The same goes for feedback: it would be nice to easily identify TAs who gave minimal feedback.
