Write-CMakeBuild should (potentially optionally) include files #56

It would be great to include files in the Write-CMakeBuild output. I think would get incredibly busy/noisy, but adding files - even if it's an opt-in - and then seeing what clustering/grouping we could do would probably be handy. I could see that grouping files by common folder path would probably be a good first pass. Or perhaps seeing if the files 'parent' (in either a file-system- or build 'ownership'- sense) and grouping by that would be good. To some extent, the output files are in the graph (.dll/.exe/.pbd/.lib) and grouping those might help, too?
