Next release (1.16.0 ?)

There are 4 pull requests that could justify a 1.16.0 release I believe:

• mapcache_seed: Refactor seeder for robust multiprocessing and shutdown #359
• nginx: correctly call child_init after starting a worker #361
• LMDB: add utilities that allow to explore LMDB contents #363
• fix: Memory leak issue of nginx module #367

(or a 1.14.2 release)

If you are ok with that, I'd like to push towards a new release.

#359 and #367 are LLM generated and introduce significant changes that need significant review time that I do not have for this right now.
#361 has not been tested by its author
#363 is a standalone utility that should/could live in its own repo

furthermore, #361 and #367 have potential security implications on nginx itself and should be thoroughly audited for this aspect before merging
